Cecelia - 7 Months Old

Look who's sitting up! What a big girl. She can't sit herself up but she can balance sitting up for quite awhile. The bald spot on the back of her head was almost filled in but Cecelia has figured out how to push with her feet to scoot along on her back so it might start to get bigger again. She has a wicked pincher grip and has gotten good at eating Cheerios.

A family milestone not found in the baby books. Cecelia is now big enough to sit with Grandpa G. and watch the birds at the bird feeders. All of our girls have loved a little quiet time with Grandpa watching the birds. This past weekend, Cecelia and Grandpa kept up the tradition and relaxed and enjoyed.

Farmer's Market

Lydia, Claire, Cecelia, Grandma Susie, and I went to the Farmer's Market. We had alot of fun looking at flowers and taste testing our way around. Our favorite booth is probably the one with the fried cheese samples.

Clean Your Room

I had asked Lydia to work on picking up her room and Claire volunteered to help. What that means to Claire is free reign to explore and touch Lydia's stuff. Her favorite stuff this day was the dress up clothes. Not much was picked up but they played together in harmony for a long time and had alot of fun which was even better.

Cecelia's Baptism

Cecelia's baptism was on Mother's Day. It was a super special day for Mommy. The beautiful gown is a baby gift from Grandma Susie. Cecelia was full of smiles for everyone.

Rolling Over

Cecelia has gotten really good at rolling over. She can travel around a room rolling, pivoting, and wiggling.

Cecelia - 6 Months Old

Once again time has escaped me and I'm behind on my updates. Cecelia turned 6 months old! She started rolling over both directions about a week before she turned 6 months old. The week after, she popped through 2 beautiful (and sharp) teeth. She is keeping her title as the happiest baby ever since she managed to grow her first 2 teeth at the same time without any hint that it bothered her at all. I only found out that they were there when she bit me.

Happy Birthday Allison

Allison turned 11 years old in April. It has been a joy to watch her grow and mature. She is an an artist and a business owner making and selling her own jewlery in several retail locations. She is a fantastic student who works hard and turns in projects before they are due. She is a smart shopper, careful with her money and loves finding bargains. She loves to read, ride her bike and have sleepovers with friends. This summer her goal is to learn how to play the clarinet.
Does anyone remember when she was this little?

Allison at 2 years old.

Happy Birthday Alliy!
We are so proud of you!
